The Fondation des Possibles

The Foundation's actions: Promote training

Training projects are programs set up by the Fondation des Possibles in order to discover and train young people far from employment in promising and/or shortage professions.

Promote training

Alternative training for professional integration

The training offered is based on more “alternative” models for young people who have dropped out or who no longer identify with a “classic” training path.

Less theory, more concrete and more immersion in the Foundation's companies.

For each project, the Foundation works in co-creation with associative partners and youth support structures, training organizations and founding companies of the Fondation des Possibles.
Each actor makes their contribution to training to promote the success of young people in their professional integration journey.

The three projects for 2023

Les DesCodeuses with CGI and Kyndryl

The DesCodeuses association trains women from priority neighborhoods in web development careers. In 2023, a one-year program was co-constructed with employees/collaborators from the Kyndryl and CGI companies.

After attending workshops, masterclasses and courses led by employees, 16 women joined a 6-month training course followed by a 6-month internship.

The Apprentices of Auteuil with KIABI

The Les Apprentis d'Auteuil foundation launched a skola (program aimed at helping, training and socially integrating motivated young people in difficulty) in partnership with KIABI in its logistics warehouse in Lauwin-Planque.

12 young people were able to be trained and supported for 5 weeks by 20 employees while attending workshops to remove obstacles to employment, some of which were set up by the SNCF.

All the young people passed the training with flying colors and have now signed a 6-month professionalization contract in this same warehouse

Generation with Cofidis

Génération France is an association which offers free training and support programs to access careers in tension. She has developed “Customer Relations 2.0” training for people far from employment.

8 young people benefited from 5 weeks of training with the involvement of Cofidis employees. Employees took part in simulated interviews and job dating to support these young people on their journey.
