What is the Hackathon of Possibilities?
For a day, businesses, associative partners and young people worked together around a central issue: the inclusion of young people in the world of work.
The goal ?
Find innovative solutions to enable young people who are far from employment to find their place in business thanks to collective intelligence. With the help of the Exaeco agency , this day bore fruit for the employees present.
It is therefore around 8 challenges worked on upstream with associative partners that on Friday March 24, 2023, 24 solutions emerged from the hundred minds gathered. The 8 challenges are as follows:
- Strengthen the attractiveness of businesses for young people who are very far from employment.
- Allow every young person far from employment to have access to a network.
- Combat the phenomena of social reproduction.
- Strengthen the social and societal commitment of employees and measure its impact.
- Take into account the young person's overall environment in the integration processes.
- Fight against the precariousness of youth employment and the instability of contracts.
- Integrate economic and employment stakeholders into the assessment of young people’s social skills.
- Create the conditions allowing the incubation of youth initiatives in companies.
The following ?
It was during a rebound evening which took place on May 16 that around twenty employees and partners of the Foundation continued to work on 5 subjects in order to make the implementation of these actions a reality. In addition, the Fondation des Possibles is working on 5 other solutions to continue the work done during the Hackathon. The other solutions have already been tested elsewhere or are too ambitious, which is why they are not retained. The Foundation focuses on new and innovative ideas.
The objective now is to successfully implement the 5 actions piloted by employees and the 5 actions carried out by the Fondation des Possibles in order to successfully complete this project, which is already well underway!
Every day, let's try to make things possible!
